Refunds and Returns

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us immediately.

General Returns:

  • If there’s a problem with your order, contact us promptly. We can only accept returns on defective items if we are informed immediately upon receipt.
  • For eligible returns, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receiving the returned item, if no defect is identified, the customer will bear the shipping charges both ways.
  • Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed based on your original payment method.

Firearms Returns:

  • Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to the customer. After the transfer, even if the firearm hasn’t been fired, it’s considered used.
  • Inspect the firearm thoroughly before completing the transfer. If you identify any issues, do not finalize the transfer. Instead, contact us immediately for a resolution.
  • If a defect is discovered post-transfer, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to liaise with the manufacturer for repair or replacement as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Special orders and custom-configured products.
  • Items sold “as is”, “used”, or that have been installed or utilized after receipt.
  • Firearms, once transferred to the buyer.
  • Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment.

Additional Notes:

  • We recommend using a shipping carrier that offers tracking for all returns. Consider insuring your package or declaring its full value to protect against potential loss or damage during transit. If you opt not to, you’ll be responsible for any loss or damage.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns and for shipments that are refused.
